WALK & NATURE THERAPY
"I only went for a walk, and finally concluded to stay out till sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in." - John Muir
Getting out into nature is now one of the few safe, easily accessible outlets we have in the time of Covid. With ecotherapy, we can walk and talk together, surrounded by the many benefits of a natural setting - the wind, fresh air, the sea breeze. This therapy is best for those who may benefit from in-person contact and physical movement.
Ecotherapy can look like sitting socially-distanced at a park, hiking side-by-side on a nature trail, or observing your relationship to the world around you during a meditation at the ocean's shore. Nature can be a powerful healer and my role is to facilitate an exploration into your thoughts, emotions, and sensations during your experience in the great outdoors.
