Life can be challenging at times. I know from my own experience. We all need someone we can count on: someone who listens, understands, and encourages us as we travel rocky terrain. I am here to support you. I am here to take that voyage with you when you are ready.
I draw on a wide range of healing tools, such as relational therapy, trauma recovery, mindfulness, yoga, expressive arts, creative visualization, and stress-reduction skills to enhance your process.
